what if i don't or can't pay alimony?
I'm stuck in divorce proceedings. she is in California, and wants more money for alimony, than what I can afford. I'm in Missouri, and want to be able to survive. so, if I agree to her amount, and just don't pay it, what can she do to me? I can't afford legal assistance. and I can't find a lawyer here in Missouri that is able or willing to help me.
we were married in California. we lived in California. I filed for divorce a year and half ago. i pay my child support. no problem there. we were married over 25 years when i filed june of 2010. I was the sole bread winner for 90 % of the marriage. I moved to Missouri, Aug. of 2011. I have been trying to do it all without legal aide. and have been given some very bad advice and info from the California courts system. But, the only thing left to finish it all is to agree on alimony amount. I was told that if I don't pay it, her only recourse is to take me back to court and get a judgment against me. and then it can only become a lien against me.
So, i am just wanting to know what happens to me in the event i fail to pay alimony?
Or, if I make smaller partial payments. and if I prove to the court it is all i can afford. This is the only issue holding up my divorce.

Nhs claim negligence ?
Hi everyone
Just looking to ask if any one knows about the 3 year time line to make a claim against nhs. My father went to hospital with weight loss and pain unable to walk he got discharged and told he would get a ct scan appointment soon in post. However there was a mix up and this never happend when he got one 2 months later he was told he had cancer to which in that time it had spread through his full body. He died soon after. Nhs has send a letter to say they are deeply sorry that my fathers care fell below a acceptable standees and they have no evidence to why it happend but it should not have and it was procedure to send one when he was. Discharged . The problem is it took a long tome to get over my fathers death and can only face what happend now it it is 3 weeks away from timeline of 3 years to send it lawyers I spoke to where interested till I told them in 3 weeks it will be 3 years does anyone know a lawyer who would pick a case like that up or what I should do if I can't find a lawyer if I can send it some where my self and round about what we would be intilltiled to

Did this a long time ago. And I have thought about other people and wrote to Scottish parliament who said they with make sure it won't happen again thirdly it was pain in on place to start with and
